Us at RipostenaMy name is Annalisa, I am a former biologist who as abandoned laboratory glassware for jam jars. I am no longer interested in pathogens like virus and bacteria, I now grow and harvest saffron bulbs and I use micro-organisms like yeasts only to prepare bread and cakes.

Angelo is still working as an architect, but he spends most of his free time in the vegetable garden with excellent results. We have the pleasant company of three cats, a retired horse, a rooster with five hens and enough bees to get our home supply of honey.
